DISTRICT IX MEETING Fall 2009

District IX Fall Meeting was hosted by the Garden Club of Lakeland, Inc.  on October 15, 2009,  with Pat Shira, Director, presiding. The Florida Federation of Garden Club [FFGC] officiers were in attendence and talked about the FFGC and National Garden Club goals for the coming year.  The program was  Designs & Descriptions. The agenda included District reports, awards and announcements of upcoming events. There were 137 registered members at the meeting.
